About the Role
Identify and reach out to potential clients through networking, cold visits, referrals, and digital channels.
Conduct regular field visits for business development and client meetings.
Meet existing clients to upsell services, renew contracts, and maintain strong business relationships.
Prepare and deliver customized pitches and presentations to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, performance) to develop proposals and marketing strategies tailored to client needs.
Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools or Excel.
Represent the agency at industry events, expos, and networking meetups.
Provide market insights and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a confident personality.
Comfortable with field work and client meetings.
Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
