About the Role
Make outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce our services.
Follow up on leads and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
Accurately update and maintain customer databases and CRM systems.
Send professional emails to prospective clients and handle follow-up communication.
Assist in compiling and maintaining marketing contact lists.
Research and identify potential businesses or individuals who can benefit from our services.
Schedule meetings or demos with the sales/strategy team.
Provide timely reports on calls, responses, and status updates.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, and Gujarati).
Basic computer knowledge and experience with MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
Prior experience in telecalling, lead generation, or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
